The Sullivan County Chamber Orchestra performs a free concert, titled “The Evolution of the Double Bass” in Narrowsburg on Sunday at the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance (DVAA); and again in Monticello on Monday, at St. John’s Episcopal Church.
