In collaboration with Siena College Research Institute, Garnet Health and the Sullivan County Rural Health Network, Sullivan County Public Health is conducting a community health survey from now through May, and every 18+ County resident is invited to participate – in English or Spanish.
“The data we collect – which is completely anonymous – will help us better understand the health and quality of life for the people and places we serve,” Public Health Director Nancy McGraw explains.
