Improving Route 17

It’s Monday on The Local Edition, and to start the week, we check in with Sullivan County…

Today will be looking at the QuickWay… Otherwise known as State Route 17 which spans 397 miles in New York State….One of the longest state routes in the state.

State Route 17 that goes through Sullivan County has become a vital road for transportation and life in Sullivan Catskills.

In June, The NYS Department of Transportation held a public workshop to update folks on the Route 17 project and receive input from the public. Want to have your say? They will be holding another in September.
