KINGSTON, N.Y. — Ulster County Tourism is now accepting applications for its Event Marketing Support Fund, offering up to $3,000 to help community groups, nonprofits, and local businesses promote events and festivals.
The program supports marketing efforts for events that attract visitors from outside the county, highlight Ulster County’s unique culture, celebrate diversity, and improve accessibility. Eligible events include community days, historic reenactments, makers markets, fairs, and festivals.
Tourism generates more than $1.1 billion annually in Ulster County, and events play a key role in encouraging travel, extending visitor stays, and supporting local businesses.
Applications are due by Friday, March 6, 2026, and can be submitted online at ulstercountyny.gov/event-marketing-support-fund. Awards will be announced Friday, March 27.
